We strive to offer only the very best. Period. Our policy for the Amsterdam data center remains the same "Dedicated to delivering the fastest and most reliable servers". To achieve this policy, we never compromise with the hardware quality and offer the following:
Our routing infrastructure at Amsterdam data center is essentially based on Cisco products. The anti-DDoS infrastructure has been setup for all servers at our Amsterdam data center. Our number one priority is you. We are customer centric and will strive to ensure nothing less than the most reliable and cutting edge technology.
Critical Power
Our Amsterdam data center is powered by two separate cleanest and reliable power supplies. Since moving in 2007, we have had nearly 100% utility power uptime. On those rare occasions when there is a problem with the utility power, we offer UPS backed power from distinct, disparate UPS systems. The data center maintains multiple power feeds, fiber links, dedicated generators and battery backup. We regularly inspect and test our redundant n+1 power and cooling resources to guarantee stability in our data center.
Networks
Our network at Amsterdam data center is built from best-in-class networking infrastructure, hardware and software with exceptional bandwidth and connectivity for the highest speed and reliability.

Cooling
To ensure that the optimal cooling and air circulation is available at all times, the air flow studies are conducted and an analysis with infrared heat sending cameras is performed on a regular basis. Our Amsterdam data center is safeguarded by the redundant indoor cooling systems which are kept at an optimal temperature. The cooling systems offer an accurate and reliable control of humidity, airflow and room temperature that improves the working conditions for the susceptible electronic equipment. The data center facilitates n+1 cooling infrastructure.
Security
As far as the security is concerned, all access to our premises is strictly monitored. We have 24x7 video surveillance and movement detection system actively in operation. Every location at our Amsterdam data center is hardened against the physical intrusion and server rooms access is limited to certified employees. Outside of the regular business hours, all individual entering or exiting the building are required to present building credentials and sign in with onsite security staff. We have even higher level of protection as only authorized personnel can gain entry to the data center.
Fire Detection and Suppression
The fire detection within the data center is provided by an early detection alarm system monitored both within the office suite and by the building's 24x7 security staff. The Amsterdam data center facilitates Pre-Action dry pipe fire suppression. The data center rooms are fitted with a fire detection and extinction system as well as fire doors. The data center has smoke detectors above and below the floor.
Monitoring
All critical network infrastructure is monitored on 60 second intervals, both internally and externally to our network. The Amsterdam data center is staffed 24x7 with the server experts. The infrastructure is also maintained at or above recommended maintenance intervals to pro-actively address any potential issues before they can become full blown problems.

Our technical support team, data center operations staff and our certified engineers are on site 24x7 and are available via chat and ticket.
